Membership

How do I join online?

You will need to complete a Membership Form which can be found here.

How long does it take for a membership to become active?

Members who mail their application or choose to pay by cheque or request an invoice should have their membership activated within 10 days of the receipt of payment.

How long does my membership last for?

The 2011/12 membership year will last for 12 months, from 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012.

What is a Lapsed Member?

Members who do not renew within 30 days of their expiration date are considered a Lapsed member. Access to member services and benefits will be denied.

As a new member, when can I avail of membership benefits?

Members can avail of the benefits right away. You will be able to get discounted rates on play equipment and resources (links to follow)

What is AQNS refund policy?

No refunds are provided on membership fees.

What is my password for the Members Only section of the AQNS website?

You may request to have an email sent to the email address on your membership record with your password. Or you may contact the Development Director for assistance on 07824445834.

Where do I locate my membership ID number?

Your AQNS membership ID number appears on your AQNS membership card, mailed in the first month of becoming a member in 2011/12. It is also your username for logging into the Members Only section of our website. If neither of these are available, members may request to have it sent to the email in their membership record or contact the Development Director for assistance.
